The Abraham Clark Chapter of the New Jersey Society of the Sons of the Revolution, under the leadership of Chapter President Chris Sands, conducted the rededication of the Abraham Clark Monument in front of the Abraham Clark Memorial House located at 101 W 9th Ave, Roselle, NJ 07203 on Saturday,14 September at 11:00. Abraham Clark was a member of the Continental Congress and one of the five signers of the Declaration of Independence from New Jersey. He later served in the United States House of Representatives in the Second and Third Congress. He was one of three representatives from New Jersey to the Annapolis Convention of 1786, where he was the delegate who formally motioned for the Constitutional Convention. Cryan, Roselle Mayor Daniel Shaw, Union County Commissioner Sergio Granados, Roselle Councilwoman at Large Denise Wilkerson, Councilwoman Isabel Sosa, Union County Historical Society’s Joanne Rojoppi, Abraham Clark High School Principal Andrea Harry, Wilson-Gugleman VFW Post 1302 Kearny Terri Andryszczak.
